Tour the distillery and meet Maria and Sarah, their gleaming 6,000 and 2,500 litre Tasmanian artisan pot stills. Hand-made from the finest German copper and meticulously custom-designed to create stunning and complex flavour profiles. Head to the garden for an informative tasting session of their handcrafted spirits including Pineapple Parfait Gin, inspired by the 1970's desert once served at the Big Pineapple.
